The most shocking thing that I experienced when I came to Lviv was the determination and solidarity that was shown by Ukrainians as a whole; Ukrainian flags appeared visible in every building, people sang Ukrainian folk songs in the streets, and there was a fighting spirit of a people ready to resist, ready to fight despite the air raid sirens and military checkpoints. This spirit, however, was most shown through propaganda. I wanted to add propaganda to my project as a way to showing this spirit to the rest of the world.
